All items come with a 100% guarantee. Any item not washed or warn, in original packaging is 100% returnable. Exchanges are available subject to the basic return policy and a $5 shipping charge to re-ship.
BACKORDER POLICY
Happily this is extremely rare, but if this does happen you will be contacted immediately by e-mail or phone whichever you prefer. We will be able to give you a ship date, usually less than 1 week.
